Vatenn Italy Review | Duo Matte Wet & Dry Powder Foundation
Vatanen Italy has become one of my favorite brands, not only because I receive products from them as PR, but because of their quality. In the past, I’ve reviewed their products here and here, you can check them out as well.
Today, I’ll be reviewing the Vatenn Duo Matte Wet & Dry Powder Foundation, which has become quite a staple in my life ever since I have received it. I must say that it has become one of my favorites, want to know how? then you might as well keep on reading.

PACKAGING:
I freaking love the packaging. It is very sleek and made of good quality plastic. You get a mirror which is made of good quality and there’s a compartment for keeping the sponge. This compartment is perforated so it keeps the sponge fresh. Normally I don’t like the applicator that comes with powder foundations like this, but this applicator is made of amazing quality.
This powder foundation is a little bulky but you can travel easily with it.
PIGMENTATION & FORMULA
This powder is very pigmented and very finely milt. Since it contains Silica, so it glides onto your face and applies evenly. If you apply it with the sponge you’ll get an opaque finish.
I love the formula, it is very smooth and doesn’t look cakey at all. You can literally use this powder and skip general foundation as it provides medium coverage.
SHADES:
It comes in 6 shades which will cater to the light and medium skin tone families, but people with darker skin tones will find a difficulty in finding their perfect shade. I wish it came in more shades as it is one of the best powder foundations I’ve ever tried.
My shade is 602 Sun Beige, which has yellow undertones to it and matches my skin. So, if you are somewhere around my skin tone, then 602 Sun Beige will match you.

MY FINAL REVIEW ON VATENN ITALY DUO MATTE WET & DRY FOUNDATION:
It is a long lasting powder foundation that lasts for about 7-8 hours on me, but you’ll have to touch up here and there. It provides medium coverage so it normally covers everything on me. I really like the fact that it’s very finely milt so it glides on smoothly and blends easily. I’d prefer that you use it with the sponge that it comes with because that provides maximum coverage and helps in blending the product. I’d not recommend you to use it with a brush, as it will have a lot of fo fallouts since its a very finely milt powder.
It can be used both wet and dry, but I do prefer it dry. I’d recommend that you use it dry. Overall, I highly recommend this powder foundation, as I’ve said before, it’s one the best powder foundations out there in the Indian market. But I do wish that the price would have been a little lower.
