Glamaroma Tea Tree Skin Refining Toner is an astringent toner. An astringent toner has a stronger formulation than a normal toner. It is meant for oily, acne-prone skin. It contains solvent ethanol which helps in oil reduction.

Phenoxyethanol is used as solvent alcohol which is how an astringent is formulated to help reduce oil. It must be in the 1% ratio since it is very lower on the list, which is under the ‘1% exclusion’ so its safe to use
Packaging
I absolutely love the packaging of this Glamaroma Tea Tree Skin Refining Toner. This toner contains two different caps which makes it very secure. Coming to the sprayer, it is quite good. Not the best and not the worst.
You can have a sneak peak of the content as the bottle is transparent. But is also contains all the necesary information in it so you can totally toss the uni-carton.
Color & Fragrance
It has a color which resembles green tea, a light brownish-green shade. The fragrance is not very overpowering.
Direction Of Usage
- Spray onto freshly cleansed face. (Avoid contact with the eyes)
- After spritzing onto the face tap the toner into the skin with clean hands. Repeat atleast twice a day.
Never spray this Glamaroma Tea Tree Skin Refining Toner directly onto your face because it badly stings your eyes. I’d recommend spray it on a cotton round or pad and gently spread it onto your skin.
You can also spray it directly onto any rashes or redness, it will soothe it within couple of minutes. I’d recommend that you use it twice a day to see the difference.

My Experience With The Product
Glamaroma Tea Tree Skin Refining Toner is excellent for soothing and calming any acne or redness. I’ve been using it constantly whenever I have any skin irritation on my body and it helps in soothing it down. Especially that caterpillar irritation.
This Green Tea Toner never dries down my combination-to-dry skin. Whenever I get a zit or an active pimple, I switch from the Plum Green Tea Toner to this.
It has helped me clear my acne when I use it along with the Glamaroma Green Tea Cream as a spot treatment. This toner even helps in balancing your skin pH and dry out any active acne.
I love the fact that it comes with a good sprayer because I use it not only for my face but also for my body. You can absolutely use it on your body, be it with neck, legs hands whether there is redness or irritation.
It contains some of the best ingredients at an affordable price which is also cruelty-free and vegan. It has Tea tree, Green tea extract, Vitamin C extract, and Butylene glycol very high up on the list which are very good ingredients to start with. Green Tea Extract and Vitamin C is the best ingredient.
It contains Phenoxyethanol as a second last ingredient which is solvent alcohol, it never irritated nor did it dried down my skin. It must be in the 1% ratio which is under the ‘1% exclusion’ so its safe to use. It also does contain essential oils at the end of the list which I believe is below 1% so it’s absolutely okay.
I’d highly recommend this toner if you want something that will gently soothe down any irritation and clear your acne. It is one of the best affordable astringent toner for acne treatment.
