Hello everybody,  I’ve always wanted to try a makeup setting spray, so a while ago I purchased this Makeup Revolution Setting Spray since it was on a very nice discount. Here’s my Makeup Revolution Pro Fixing Spray Review

INGREDIENTS: Aqua, Alcohol Denat., Propylene Glycol, Benzyl Alcohol, Amp-Acrylates/Allyl Methacrylate Copolymer, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Dehydroacetic Acid, Tocopheryl Acetate, Panthenol, Sorbitol, Retinyl Palmitate, Linseed Acid, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice, Aesculus Hippocastanum (Horse Chestnut) Seed Extract, Sodium Benzoate, BHT  

DIRECTIONS TO USE: 

After applying makeup as usual.

Shake bottle. Hold your Professional Fixing Spray at arms length and spray the microfine mist until your makeup is fully covered with your eyes closed. Avoid any direct contact with the eyes.

PACKAGING:

The Makeup Revolution Pro Fixing Spray comes in a white plastic spray bottle with gold and black details on it. The packaging is very travel friendly and 100ml is a very good quantity!

MY REVIEW ABOUT THE PRODUCT:  

This Makeup Revolution Pro Fixing Spray works wonders! It makes my base game very strong. I use it after I’m done with my foundation/bb cream, setting powder and contour, then I gently spray it all over my face and dab it with my real techniques sponge to melt all the powder products and take away any traces of powdery-ness (lol is it even a word?).   

From what I can identify from the ingredients, it contains the goodness of aloe vera leaf juice, castor oil, sunflower seed oil, etc but it also contains alcohol which is kinda bad because it can make your skin a bit dry.   

This setting spray keeps my makeup intact for about 8-9 hours and is very good at keeping the oils at bay on my t-zone. The finish is semi-matte though.   The only thing I don’t like is its strong alcohol smell and the presence of alcohol in it. So do a patch test before spraying it directly onto your face. Other than that, this product is a complete YAY for me.
