Skinish has sent me two of their products from their haircare range. They have asked me about my concerns and I’ve mentioned that I was suffering from the dry and flaky scalp. So here is my review of Skinish Arabica Coffee Hair Oil and Five Clay Hair Mask.
Skinish Arabica Coffee Hair Oil for Anti-Hair Fall Review
Price: Rs.849 for 100 ml
Availability: Skinish Site
About the Product:
Given that Coffee Arabica Hair oil is a powerful hair oil that is rich in keratin, it can help revitalize your scalp, increase hair elasticity, and impart shine to dull hair. It also promotes hair growth and helps with blood circulation in the scalp.
Claims:
- Helps in hair growth
- Prevents premature greying of hair
- Free from SLS and parabens.
- For every hair type
- Brings out the hair’s natural color and luster
- Prevents hair fall
Packaging:
Skinish Arabica Coffee Hair Oil for Anti-Hair Fall comes in a plastic bottle with a metallic screw cap. It also has a divider between the cap and the mouth of the bottle. I found the packaging quite sturdy and spill-proof
Consistency, Colour & Fragrance:
It has a medium-thick consistency which is runny, contains coffee bead in it which is great for exfoliating your scalp.
The color of this oil is pure mustard. There is no added fragrance but the overall scent of the oil is very strong.
Ingredients:
My Experience with the Arabica Coffee Hair Oil
I found this Arabica Coffee Hair Oil to be very effective against dandruff and flaky scalp. It has treated my dandruff and flaky scalp on my third usage. Since the consistency is quite medium-thick so I did mix in 1 teaspoon of Coconut Oil the third time.
The coffee beads were extremely helpful in scrubbing my scalp, they were not at all harsh. Scrubbing your scalp will promote blood circulation which helps in removing any dead cells and helps in promoting hair growth.
I’d also like to mention that this is a sticky oil, so you should not use it as an every-day oil but only use it before you wash your hair.
I’ve applied all over my scalp and kept it overnight. The next day I’ve washed it off and it left my hair quite soft. Though it is an anti-hair fall oil, I’d definitely recommend it as anti-dandruff hair oil.
If you have dry scalp or dry hair, you should definitely try this out. But it shows its results if you use it for 3-4 times.
The only con that I found is the fragrance which is very strong and the availability. This hair oil is only available on their website skinishcare.com

I found the ingredients to be quite unique.
Rhassoul clay for Hair: Rhoussal clay reduces dryness in the hair and helps to remove toxins. It also acts as a hair moisturizer and softener. It also improves hair elasticity and unblocks the scalp pores.
How To Use It?
Take 20gm of product and add 80 ml of water. Mix it well. Apply it on the scalp and rinse after 40 minutes.
My Experience With The Skinish Five Clay Hair Mask
This is a mixture of five different clays that serve different purposes. The main aim is to vanish dandruff and provide smoother hair. To be honest I found the process a bit messy and time-consuming. I’m a person who takes skincare and haircare very seriously but at the same time, I want something that is not messy and hassle-free.
Coming to the claims, it did help in cleansing my scalp and removing any flakiness, but it did not make my hair softer. I feel like this mask will be great for people with oily scalp but a big no for people with dry hair.
I could not feel any difference in my hair texture so far. But if you are searching for a hair mask that will cleanse your scalp, you can surely give it a go.

Final Verdict:
I absolutely loved the Skinish Arabica Coffee Hair Oil. It did miraculously treated my flaky scalp and dandruff during the colder months. I’d definitely suggest that you use it at least 3-4 times to fully treat your dandruff.
Secondly, to be honest I did not enjoy the Five Clay Hair Mask, maybe just because I have dry hair. I’d only suggest this mask to people with oily scalp.
