How to take Glutone 1000 and Escor z?
Glutone 1000 comes in a tub of 15 tablets and Escor Z comes in a tub of 20 tablets. It is instructed to close the cap tightly to avoid tablet degradation. Both the tablets have a fruity flavor to it which tastes quite well compared to other supplements. All you have to do is drop the tablet in 120 ml of water and allow it to frizz.
You have to wait until the effervescence stops.After trying it out for 20 days, I did not notice any vast difference in my skin texture and skin tone. But I did notice a prominent decrease in my dark circles and few spots here and there. There’s an added advantage that these tablets also helps in proper digestion and helps to even your skin tone.
You won’t see a crazy difference if you think that it will magically fix your skin in a day, because it will not. Supplements are hassle-free and effective but you will need patience and also have to maintain a healthy diet, because your skin needs nourishment from within and hydration as well.
